Technical Support: Overview
Telephone tech support is always available to our
customers free of charge on any product that has been purchased from Beyond
Sight. Or, if you prefer, send us an
e-mail with your technology related question.
If phone calls and e-mail support are not enough, your computer can be serviced
directly at Beyond Sight. The in-store service rate is $50 per hour.
Can't bring your computer in? If you need us to service your equipment at your
home or work, call to schedule an appointment. Our out of store rate is $100 for
the first
hour and $75 for each additional hour with a minimum of 2 hours in the Metro Denver area. If you are out of the Metro Denver area, please
call for rates.
