We trust you will be satisfied with your Beyond Sight purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Beyond Sight’s return policy is set forth below. Merchandise return policy: 1. Customers may return items in satisfactory and resalable condition within 30 days of initial purchase. Excludes: medical products, opened software and special orders. 2 All returns must have a return authorization. Please call to obtain an RMA #. 3 Items returned within 30 days in less than satisfactory condition will either be charged a restocking fee or the return may be denied. Less than satisfactory condition refers to the condition of both the product and the packaging. This includes but is not limited to: missing packing and/or packaging, damaged packing and/or packaging, scratched product, dirty product, missing manuals, missing power adapters, missing CDs, etc. Beyond Sight holds the right to change the terms of satisfactory condition at any time. 4 Beyond Sight will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (excluding the shipping charges). Check refunds will be mailed to customers within 30 days of return. Cash refunds over $60.00 may be subject to a check refund depending upon cash availability. 5 If an item arrives damaged in shipment or a wrong item is received as a result of an error in shipping by Beyond Sight, you need to notify us within 3 business days. 6 Health department regulations do not allow us to accept the return of items that are used on the body such as thermometers, eye drop dispensers, syringes and syringe holders, manicuring instruments, scales, etc. 7 Beyond Sight can only give returns for products purchased directly from our company. To return items purchased from another company, contact that company or agency for instructions. Warranty Policy: Unless otherwise indicated, BSI warranties products for 30 days. After this period, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Please refer to the products warranty statement. Note: warranties cover defects in workmanship and material. It does not cover shipping charges nor breakage or damage to the product resulting from customer abuse. Warranty may not apply if items are not returned in the original factory packaging, or if damaged in transit due to alternative or insufficient packing materials. Shipping Charges: Please note: shipping charges billed in the shopping cart are for UPS Ground in the contiguous US states only. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we will email you with the extra shipping charges for your approval. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, Canada nor other countries. |
